Capital Painting Services is based in Whitby, Porirua, and provides painting, decorating, roof painting, and water blasting services across Wellington, Porirua, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, and the Kapiti Coast.

This price is based on the information and access provided at the time of assessment; significant changes to the scope of work on-site (for example, previously hidden damage) may require the price to be adjusted, and we’ll discuss this with you before proceeding.

Our Services

Services are carried out with reasonable skill and care in line with standard trade practice. Specific guarantees, warranties, or workmanship terms for a job will be confirmed directly with you as part of your individual quote or job agreement, rather than through this website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, which continue to apply to services provided in New Zealand.

Payment

Payment terms for a specific job will be agreed with you directly as part of your quote. Any deposit, progress payment, or final payment terms will be set out at that time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked job, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. Specific cancellation terms for your job will be discussed with you directly.

To the extent permitted by law, Capital Painting Services is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not affect any rights or protections you have under New Zealand consumer law, which cannot be excluded.
